Deliveries made in Australia will be FREE OF CHARGE.
Deliveries made within Australia will arrive within 3 - 5 business days.
For all deliveries within Australia we use Express Post via Australia Post.
International
Deliveries made outside of Australia will incur a flat $40.
International deliveries will be made using Australia Post International and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days.

Exchange and Returns
If you need to return items to Ginger & Smart please ensure you follow the instructions below:
All requests for item returns must be made to Ginger & Smart in writing within 10 days of purchase to shop@gingerandsmart.com or call +61 2 9918 5286.
Exchangeable or returnable goods must be approved for return with a Returns Authority (RA) number.
All deliveries come with a returns form, please fill this out and return with the items to:

Items must be received in the original condition and must not have been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned or altered.
Returned items must still have swing tags attached.
All garments must be returned to Ginger & Smart in its original packaging and at the expense of the purchaser.
Ginger & Smart do not take responsibility for incorrect sizing, change of mind. Please select carefully.
